Handling Standards for Specific Personal Information
Mitsui Fudosan Logistics REIT Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") declares that is has established the following policy (the "Policy") to ensure appropriate handling of specific personal information, and compliance therewith.
1. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Guidelines
When handling specific personal information, the Company complies with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure as well as related laws, regulations, government guidelines, and other rules. In addition, the handling of specific personal information shall be governed not only by this Policy but also by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
2. Collection of Specific Personal Information
Requests by the Company to an individual or other person in charge of affairs using individual numbers to provide individual numbers may only be made when necessary for the administrative affairs described in paragraph 3 in cases where receiving specific personal information in accordance with Article 19 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure is permitted. Requests for the provision of personal numbers shall be made when such numbers become necessary for administrative affairs, or when such administrative affairs can be expected.
3. Purpose of Use of Specific Personal Information
The purpose of the Company's use of specific personal information shall be as follows:
(1) Specific personal information on employees
For filing employment insurance, employees' health insurance/pension insurance, etc. and administrative affairs related to making claims under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, or preparing withholding certificates, etc. for salary income and retirement income, and other administrative operations.
(2) Specific personal information, on individuals other than employees
For preparing payment records concerning compensation and fees, among others, and other statutory reports, etc. where legal provisions require the indication of personal numbers.
4. Proper Use of Specific Personal Information
The Company shall not use specific personal information in any manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts.
5. Security Control Measures for Specific Personal Information
The Company shall take appropriate organizational, personal, physical, and technical security control measures for specific personal information by developing and improving internal rules to prevent and rectify unauthorized access to and the loss, destruction, manipulation, and leakage of specific personal information. With respect to the specific details of the security control measures for specific personal information implemented by the Company, please contact the inquiry desk described in Section 7 below.
6. Ongoing Improvements to Internal Rules
The Company shall carry out necessary reviews and assessments of the status of compliance with the Policy and internal rules, and endeavor to properly manage specific personal information through ongoing improvements such as reviewing compliance as needed.
7. Responding to Complaints and Inquiries
The Company shall set up the following contact in its Finance Division to appropriately respond to complaints and inquiries concerning the details of the measures implemented by the Company to ensure the secure management of specific personal information, as well as other matters related to its handling of specific personal information.

The Company is a target business operator of Investment Management Association of Japan, which is a certified personal information protection organization.
The Association accepts consultations and complaints concerning the handling of personal information by its target business operators.
